This wrap dress has a handkerchief hem that is formed by wrapping one side across the other. The belt is wrapped around the waist and tied to keep the dress closed. This process designs a V-shaped neckline that also accentuates the wearer’s waist. The dress can be worn as a cardigan by removing the belt and wearing it over an outfit.
